Tenants

We do not charge tenant fees, however every tenant will still need to pay £200 as holding deposit and a further security deposit which will range between 6 weeks-10 weeks rent and will be secured under DPS (Deposit Protection Services).

PRICE LIST FOR LETTING AND MANAGEMENT

Let Only Option for 6 months

  • Term – 6 months
  • Fee of 11% of 6 months rent
  • Tenancy Agreement- £50.00
  • Tenancy Renewal 11% for first renewal 5% thereafter
  • Inventory Preparation £150.00
  • Check in Free
  • Check Out £150.00
  • Property Maintenance Invoices – 15% of total cost of invoice (refurbishment, property works or ordering goods, such as furniture etc).

Let only Option for 12 months

  • Term – 12 months
  • Fee of 9% of 12 months rent
  • Tenancy agreement – FREE
  • Tenancy renewal fee – £50.00 after 12 months
  • Inventory preparation – £150.00
  • Check in Free
  • Check out £150.00
  • Property Maintenance Invoices – 15% of total cost of invoice (refurbishment, property works or ordering goods, such as furniture etc).

Full Management of a Single Property Option

  • Minimum term – 6 months
  • Fee of 4% of length of contract
  • Management fee – 13.5% of monthly gross
  • Rent collection – FREE (tenancy agreement, renewal fee, check in and check out are inclusive)
  • Preparation of inventory – £150.00 initially and FREE thereafter
  • Property Maintenance – 5% of total cost of invoice.

Full Management of Multiple Properties Option

  • Minimum term – 6 months
  • Fee of 4% of length of contract
  • Management fee is 8% of monthly gross
  • Rent collection is FREE (tenancy agreement, renewal fee, check in and check out are inclusive)
  • Preparation of inventory – £150.00 initially and FREE thereafter
  • Property Maintenance – 5% of total cost of invoice.

Rent Collection Only Option

  • Minimum term – 6 months.
  • Letting fee – 11% for 6 months, or 9% for 12 months contract
  • Rent collection fee – 5% of monthly gross
  • Tenancy agreement – £50.00
  • Tenancy renewal fee – £20.00
  • Inventory Preparation £150.00
  • Check in Free
  • Check Out £150.00
  • Property Maintenance – 15% of total cost of invoice.
  • All prices exclude VAT.
